Working with me will be...

Individualized
I will work with you to build out an individualized training log and programming that fits your goals and running experience. Training plans are always flexible and when life happens I will be there to help you modify it with extra rest days, cross-training, and a whole lotta support.

Collaborative
I want to create space for you to reflect on your daily training and document progress that goes beyond the run stats. I enjoy working with my athletes to create the best training program for their unique goals.

Science-backed
With a degree in Kinesiology and two feet in the research space, I am passionate about providing my athletes with research-backed training to get speedy, build a strong aerobic base, and improve running economy. I take a comprehensive approach to also address injury prevention, adequate fueling, and mental health.

Holistic
I encourage my athletes to update their log with life wins, challenges, and all that they bring to the table beyond their training. I prioritize long-term health and performance over short term gains. My training will help you grow as an athlete not just for your next race, but for years to come.

Communicative
I prioritize building trusted relationships with my athletes and believe wholeheartedly in your success. I will update logs regularly with feedback and am always reachable via email or text.

FUN
Let’s not forget that at the end of the day this should all be fun (even if it doesn’t feel like it in the middle of a hill workout). Running is an incredible way to explore the world, connect with others, and learn more about ourselves and I would love to support you along the way!
Coaching is $130/month
